When you’re caring for a partner, it’s easy for your own needs to slip down the list.

Care Track helps spouses and partners manage their loved one’s care while making time for their own well-being. Partner Care keeps medications, refills, reminders, and medical appointments in one place. My Care gives caregivers a space to check in with themselves, track wellness goals, and plan breaks.

I kept the navigation and card layouts consistent so moving between the two views would feel familiar. Blue identifies Partner Care, while purple identifies My Care.
